Scott Lucier - State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm is fantastic, but Scott Lucier's office is very disorganized. I had to call multiple times to get confirmation of renters insurance sent to my new property management firm when I moved, and then this week was informed that my renter's insurance was being cancelled because I no longer reside at my apartment (this is news to me). Repeated calls to his office have gone unanswered. I just called the State Farm central office and requested a change of agent.

State Farm was recommended to us by our fabulous realtor-Rachael Orizotti Rixford, for homeowners insurance. Trust me when I tell you, that working with Aaron La Mattina of State Farm has been an absolute pleasure. Aaron is a great listener and strong communicator, and an all around awesome person. Aaron took care of our insurance needs quickly and without any hassle. He was fair and understanding, and it is clear he takes great pride in his career, while working hard to provide excellent care for his clients. I recommended his service to my dear friend, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any and all of your insurance needs. Plus, he is a super nice guy. Developing great customer service is still an important attribute in a business, and it's with confidence I am with Aaron at State Farm.

Love my insurance guys. Scott and his office peeps are always quick, sweet, and super helpful. Won't switch agencies even tho I moved to Washington.

Scott and his Staff are extremely friendly, thorough, and accommodating. I especially appreciate their ability to explain and compare insurance rates and coverage options across a wide range of scenarios. Plus, paying their office a visit means getting the option to enjoy the heartbeat of downtown Missoula.

My experience with this State Farm was beyond exceptional. Aaron helped me reduce my auto insurance to almost half of what I was paying before and was very knowledgable when setting me up with my homeowner's insurance policy.
