Great customer service! The reason we chose mattress firm was because our rep, Louie, was so easy to talk to and willing to help us find exactly what we wanted within our price range. We didn't leave feeling like we were stupid, and we didn't have buyers remorse. We've had the new mattress for 2 months now and still love it. The whole experience was great.

Louie treated me well! I had purchased two mattress sets and left the store. Louie noticed a charge mistakenly applied. I’d already made it home, and notified me of the mistake, apologized for the error, and reduced my cost accordingly. I would have never noticed. Appreciate his honesty. You won’t find that many places. Well done!

Louie was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. He took the time to ask about our sleep habits and walked us through the pros and cons of all the available options. Not getting delivery until next week (our choice), but so far I'm very impressed with Mattress Firm!
