Mattress Firm Sand Springs

Went in and tried to purchase a new mattress for my sons bed. They didn't have one in stock, but they had one in the warehouse. Told me I could pick it up or it would be delivered to the store on there next truck which was supposed to be the following Tuesday. I told them no problem I would pick it up on my way to church Wednesday. Went to the store, no mattress, a little aggravated but they assured me that it would be there Thursday. Well guess what, still no mattress Thursday. I canceled the mattress and went to a company that could do what they say they will. Won't go back.

Had a great experience. Very friendly service and also great deal. We got some sweet comfy nice beds. We will be back soon to get another!

Shelby has great customer service skills. We visited the Sand Springs store not knowing exactly what kind of mattress will be a better fit for us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Thanks Shelby.

If you want a crazy good deal and excellent service then go to Matttess Firm in Sand Springs. Trisha was amazing. She makes sure to take care of her customers. The deal we got was definitely a true Christmas blessing. Thank you again Trisha.

I wish I could give zero for service so I'm giving these rude people a 5 💩💩💩💩💩 rating they had good prices so I bought a mattress and water proof cover for my autistic 10 yr old son I opened the top he touched the material and said he doesn't like it that it felt like a washcloth so I put it in my husband's van until today when we tried to return it and the woman opened the cover and pulled it out of the box she said it was opened yet she was the only one to pull the sheet out of its package then she began to say it smelled of poop and refused to give a refund it was embarrassing I will not be returning to the sand springs mattress firm they are rude
