Mattress Firm Saginaw

Previously bought just a mattress from Mattress Firm for an existing bunk bead. Had to now get a box spring and frame as we were getting rid of the bunk bed. Walked in and was greeted by Will who was extremely helpful. Gave us our options and a great deal for what we needed. I would definitely shop here again.

Awesome service, willing to make the best deal possible to help you out without all the high sales pressure I dread so much for this type of purchase. I have to share this experience, because very seldom these days, do you come across some amazing customer service. The assistant manager that helped me today went above and beyond for me and my fiance. I have had a lot of back trouble, and I was looking for a firm mattress. She went in depth and explained everything with detail, and answered all my questions with reassurance. I highly reccomend this destination of mattress firm, above all others. The salesperson I worked with was Cara, I can tell she is a huge asset to the team. Thank you Cara!!!

Mattress Firm was our first stop when looking to replace our 11 year old mattress. My husband and I knew nothing about what we were looking for, in regards to all of the different options available. Will greeted us and got to know our likes/dislikes before jumping right in. He knew exactly how to showcase the mattresses in order for us to find our best fit. There are so many more factors than simply firmness, and I'm glad we had Will there to help us! We got our mattress, frame, pillows, box springs, mattress pads, and delivery at an amazing price! Significantly less than what our researched estimated cost. It was delivered the next day and we are very happy!
