Mattress Mart

After going to multiple mattress stores and doing comparative research, I ended up purchasing a mattress set from Mattress Mart. Guss Morey was very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect mattress. He was not pushy at all (pushiness being one of my pet peeves). Made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase. The delivery and set up was quick. Very satisfied!

If you are looking for a new mattress and want to be in an environment that is no pressure, please go see Guss Morey at the Kalamazoo location. Whatever your price range is, Guss is happy to assist and very educated (and very funny!) on mattresses. We only planned on getting a new set for our son, but my husband and I were in need of a new set as well. Due to Guss' no pressure sales approach, we left purchasing a queen and king set! Great job Mattress Mart (and kudos to Guss as well)!

I had THE most amazing experience there and I love my bed. I will never buy a bed from any other place as long as their doors are open. Guss is amazing!! My 1 1/2 year old loved him!

My wife and I stopped in Friday evening to check on a mattress set for our spare bedroom and were helped by Guss Morey. He was a great help explaining the different price levels and differences in the type of mattress sets we were looking at. We made a purchase that night. We highly recommend Guss and Mattress Mart if you're looking to purchase a mattress.

Gus Morey is a delightful man. He didn’t pressure me in any way. He took the time to explain the differences in the mattresses which I was interested. Also, I wanted an adjustable bed and he was very helpful. He had me lie down and test out the different things the adjustable frame could do. He worked with me and another couple and we were all happy. He wrote down what I thought I wanted and signed it. I went home and did some research. He’s an old school guy whose word is his bond!! Check out Gus if you need a mattress. Call first because also works at the Portage store.
