I highly value having a quality cleaning and laundry service like Max I. Walker in my neighborhood. Their drive-thru option makes dropping off and picking up clothes hassle-free, and the after-hours dropbox is incredibly convenient. The staff is always friendly and takes great care to secure my clothes in the back seat, even when my Jeep is open or loaded with shopping bags. I continue to use this location because I can rely on them to remove stains, even when I provide handwritten instructions on a business card or napkin. They clean all types of clothing fibers professionally and with the utmost care. They consistently ask if I need a receipt, which I usually do. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking exceptional cleaning services, guaranteed pickup times, and text message notifications.

Several times I have had clothing that were still giving me problems and they volunteered to wet clean the items to improve the quality at no charge. I will only go here for my cloth cleaning needs.

The attendant helped me from the back counter - not stepping up to the front and forcing me to yell my information including address and phone number when there was another customer in store. Also, she had already printed the ticket and there was an error in the item count. She did not want to print a new ticket and instead crossed it out with a pen. I asked if she would sign where she crossed it out to ensure that I had in fact delivered the correct amount of items to match the ticket. She flew out from the back counter and scratched out the items with such force that she ripped the ticket. She did sign the ticket and I left. I was not rude. I just wanted to protect myself in case there was an issue at pick up. We will not be returning.
