I ordered the Yu-Xiang eggplant and vegetarian egg rolls. Such delicious food!!! Flavourful, yet seems like it's made at home. The ambience is good! Cash only though.

Best Chinese food in Ames! Very quick, such nice family running the shop, and great price for all of the food you get. Top local business for sure please support, they are lovely! I'd suggest the veggie spring roll and mongolian chicken or chicken curry over rice. Love them! Thank you for being in Ames :

My favourite Chinese restaurant in town. If you like homemade Chinese food, you'd love this place. Ordered noodles a couple times and those weren't great but the the mustard pork and bean curd pork are to die for. Get the former if you're looking for an indulgent type taste and the latter if you're feeling healthy that day.

I eat here all the time and it's by far one of the best Chinese places you'll find in Ames.

The food was delicious and seemed very authentic. It is not a fancy dining experience. You order off a board at the counter. The prices were reasonable and the staff helped us pick out something. We will definitely return. This is probably the best Chinese food in Ames.
