More than six decades of outstanding Mexican food have made today's Maz Mezcal the gourmet choice in New York's Upper East Side. Your host, Eduardo Silva, has vivid memories of his grandmother's little El Triangulito, famous for excellence in the Mazatlan of the late 1930's. Later on, immigrating in 1948, Sr. Pedro Silva began a great Upper East Side tradition with La Paloma, this restaurant offered the wonderful, traditional Mexican food to its distinguished clientele.
