I had a great time taking my dog to the park. We had an abnormally beautiful day of weather in the winter, and I was glad to have spent it enoying the water here. I would recommend this as an alternative to walking dogs since you can no longer walk dogs on the boardwalk in the off season.

Definitely a nice little spot. Clean beach. Lots of parking. Playground and fields in the upper lot as well as parking. They have a small amphitheater as well for summer concerts on Wednesdays during the summer. Quick walk to hole in the wall beach and downtown niantic.

I've never been to New England.  It's very beautiful here and I am grateful for the opportunity to see thus part of the country.

This is a really nice park, I enjoyed walking around. I started at The Hole in the Wall Beach and walked down to McCook Park. I thought the theater was really a beautiful feature I hope to catch a performance there at some point. There is a park for the kids to play at and a beautiful view of the ocean.
If you are in the are definitely stop by and maybe head over to Lollipops and Gumdrops for some awesome ice cream.

Great place to hang out, I think the only thing that could be improved is if there was a fence around the playground for added safety.
