McDonald's

Had been craving a McRib since they came back so I sent the hubby to get us one. When he got home, the patty was burnt and the BBQ sauce was almost black. The picture doesn't do it justice. I tried to call to complain and they must have the phone off the hook because the line has been busy for the last 45 minutes straight and hubby said they had a sign up saying they were closing at 9:45 due to short staff and they didn't give him a receipt. I'm super p***ed!

Ordered 2 sausage, egg, McMuffin with cheese. I got 2 egg, McMuffin. NO cheese, NO sausage. Asked for cup of ice, clerk was very rude.

Horrible customer service. I ordered at the drive through, horrible service and seemed like the lady was doing something else. Of course when we get to the window she is watching videos on her phone. After getting our order I ask for ketchup and sweet and sour. I get a long lecture from the older gentlemen I am assuming the manager that I need to order these in advice because he has lost $2000 on condiments this month. Here is some friendly advice from a customer. Spend time properly training your staff to be customer service oriented, NOT LAZY, and do not pass the buck for your mistakes on a customer. We tell you what we want at the order kiosk and you struggle to get that right 50% of the time, don't act like the customer is at fault for your mistakes.

Up until now for the past 6 months that I know of anyway this McDonalds wasn't a good place. I'm not pointing fingers. They were always short staffed or changing shifts when I'd go. But this day it went a lot better. I'm happier with my overall experience.Food: 3/5

Drink machine down. Or just too lazy to re fill syrup? Sweet tea is made in its own container. Out of that too. Workers are lazy. Drive through is slow. They always get orders wrong. Icecream machine always down. This McDonald’s sucks overall.

Very horrible!!!! Made a mobile order to seat in drive thru for 35 minutes. Once made it to the window to get my food ask for some Mac sauce in a cup because there no were on the app to add it, for the manager at the window told me to get Mac sauce I would have to swing back around and get back in line and order it. I explain the situation to that I didn't have anyway through the app to only be asked to go ride back around. I lol and just could not understand this Lady and why she believed that this is the way to handle McD and there app flaws. So after still at the window that was shut in my face another Young lady appeared with a container of Mac sauce and ask for 32 cents so I had 50 center and told them to keep the change and after 45 mins I went back to my evening. But this not my first time I had troubles with this store. It's is the worse one around my area the worse!!!! Oh yeah my food was garbage too all slap together and to horrible to eat!!!!

They close this location way to early, an when u pull up at 9p.m they say door dash only. I've had all the workers out side yelling at me as I pass yelling " were closed" an it be before 8. One time I sat in the drive through an a man an woman sit outside the door smoking. I asked if they were closed or taking a break. Thy didn't respond so I sat there thinking they were on break after 5-10 mins they yelled at me " were closed" and started laughing. Customer service lacks at his store.

Theres always short staffing and rude workers. Having a line of customers out front standing, waiting to be waited on for minutes at a time is bad, but when you yell back letting the staff know, your response shouldn't be rude it should be calming and to the point of "I'm sorry for the wait, but we will have someone there asap. " This is where the staff tells the mgr....what to do. Sad.

Waited 47 minutes to place my order due to under staffing. And it took 20 more minutes to get my food together. It was only 2 double cheeseburgers and a fry and they forgot the fry. They need alot of help at that location. It's always been a problematic restaurant however.

I want to give 0 starts. The morning diver-thru attendant taking your order is the most rudest individual and the food in horrendous. Both my hash browns were burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. My breakfast sandwich biscuit was stale and hard. Everything had to be thrown away. Eight dollars just thrown in the trash. This location should honestly be ashamed of themselves.
