Was fairly quick but the entire order was wrong! Looked as if only 2 people. 1 was taking orders and 1 cooking. Sure hope they get help soon. This location is usually better than this!
Took a long time and the food just wasn't what it used to be. Big giant mess in the bag and didn't seem very fresh. Plenty of places to get an ok burger so we'll be going elsewhere.
I'd be lying if I said the food was bad. But how do you screw up an order of fries that bad? You gave my mother the wrong type of fries, and frankly, we didn't order a side of HAIR with it either. Specifically the color black, long and stringy.
I stopped by for a quick chicken bites and fries lunch box. It took them 20 mins after I go paid, to get my order to me. I waited 10 mins to place my order, so I was caught up in in there for 30 mins. Where was the fast in fast food? I won't go back there again.
I've come to realize I don't care for Rallys. I have a problem with something being too sweet in their food. If I eat the fries without ketchup I can, otherwise it's a no go. It's just ok as a late night dinner.
