Play place was filthy! Split milk on the floor, every table dirty, dried up vomit in the bathroom. So gross! I completely lost my appetite. It's McDonald's. Outside of that staff's cool and our orders aren't ever wrong. I haven't lived in Warren in a minute, but the poor Warren attitude from people is something I didn't miss. These people are good people doing their best and we appreciate that. Foods always been correct, staff's always been cool, waits never been long for us and it's what a trip through here should be. McDonald's isn't ever good for you, but the staff's good to us so that's really all that counts when you go.
I eat a couple of times a week. Not because it is good, only because of convenience. The staff is usually good, but I can't say that about the food. Chicken nuggets always taste old, fries are usually limp and unsalted and the burgers are generally dry and tasteless. The drive thru lines are long and slow and sometimes they get orders mixed up. When i have time and I want good McDonald's I drive down to the one on vandyke.
I love their sugar-free vanilla ice coffee and mcgriddles. The store is very clean. The menu boards are bright and the pictures and words are large enough to see without glasses. The staff is friendly and efficient. I really like this McDonald's.Food: 5/5
Drive thru ran smoothly and quick ,every morning at 8am I go to Mc Donald's for my every morning coffee & hash brown. Plus if u have the app.... u can't miss outFood: 5/5
This is one of the few fast food restaurants in this area that consistently gets my order right. Staff is also friendly. I can not vouch for the inside as I use the drive thru. My thanks to the people who work here for doing a good job
This was by far the WORST McDonalds experience I had. They gave me the completely wrong order and when I called to get a refund, they hung up on me! I called again and they hungup again! They hungup on me 5 times! This experience was genuinely awful. We also waited over 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. I have called corporate and filed a formal complaint, at this point I still have not gotten a refund.
They generally get my food right and it's cooked well. I once thought I ordered a large frappe and asked about it even though I got a small and they were nice enough to give me a large. It was my mistake and they still helped.Food: 4/5
The service is okay, but there is not consistently. The manager says sauce are free, the workers say it charges for sauce. Someday I get if for free, Someday I don't.Food: 4/5
I ordered a number 7 with an extra cheeseburger took them 10 mins to understand i wanted a number 7 with an extra cheese burger got my order no extra cheese burger honestly you have to be pretty stupid to get something so simple wrong
