Was very happy with my visit today. Was in and out. The young lady that waited on me was great!!! Sorry I did not get her name but she was making the Italian cheese buns when I walked in at about 11:30.
Great place for a submarine sandwich! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The service was fast. The store was clean. My submarine was made with fresh veggies and fresh bread.
I would give them more stars however some of the people that are working at these Subways these days don't really care about their jobs so the sandwiches don't taste all that great anymore.
door was locked at 4 pm on a monday and as soon as we went to leave the worker unlocked the door and gave us a dirty look, just make the drive to 12 and van dyke much friendlier and better quality
I went here on a wens-day at about 2pm and the employees where so nice and gave us some cookies&a drink for the wait!! Definitely coming back when I want a fresh sun:
The Sub was ok, BUT the customer service was the worst I've ever seen. Cussing every other word, staff was very loud, and locked the door if there was more than 3 people in the lobby.
Rude on the phone. Apparently you can call in orders anymore. Won't Matter now. Had a coupon 3 12s for 17 or something got steak, ham, and they worst meatball sub ever missed up sauces and pretty sure shot a meatball with ranch, I was told he wanted, dressing on it. I like ranch but it just was horrible. We probably won't go here against

When my daughter and I went in we interrupted her eating chips and she never said hello or anything and she was very aggressive towards or food by slamming it down and sighing that we are bothering her. There was more but we will never go back. Do yourself a favor and stay away
They were out of breads except for two kinds, but that seems to be the norm anywhere these days.. staff was nice and the food was good.
