Wendy's

Ordered through doordash. Obviously the order was messed up. Went up there to get it corrected. They got it wrong the 2nd time and the 3rd time the 'cook' had a whole attitude, he gave us our food, slammed the window, and proceeds to lock it as if I wasn't going to go back around and tell him how he was acting. I went back in the drive thru and told the worker what he did. Manager was nowhere to be found. So the worker tried to cover for him and explain they had a long day and it was all a misunderstanding and etc, but I can hear him in the background trash talking. So I told the worker I want to make sure he good because the way he was acting. As I'm going back around to the exit, the 'cook' wants to look tough and mean mug us out the window. Never going there again. Only thing that was warm was my burger. Everything else cold and tasted old.

Management and workers don't have common sense. I placed an order and had an uber pick up. The lady taking my order informed me they cannot take my order and the uber order order that is supposed to be ready already mind you I would have to waste gas and drive around to place the uber order instead of killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I think it's jealousy quite frankly because we are known to make 60$ per hour. Only in the hood every where else it's fast and friendly. DO BETTER *RIDE CANCELLLED* FOOD WASTED.

So just ordered a taco salad and frosty-ccino. After pouring the salsa all over my salad i smelled the container and it smelled funky. So looked at the date on the container, its over 4 months expired! This could of made me sick and im pregnant. Wonder how old the products are there that are not dated... Guess im not eatting lunch today. Will never go back and making a complaint to headquarters

The hamburger was very greasy and gave me gas. The doctor pepper was tasteless, The French fries was the only thing that was good. And customer service was decent. I will never go back or refer anyone.

Had a hard time using my coupons... when I finally ordered they only gave me 3 nuggets for my six piece.. I really wanted to eat inside wendy's and inside didn't close for a whole hour but was told couldn't so I had to go to drive thru.Food: 3/5

Went to Wendy's restaurant for lunch yesterday had horrible service I made a mistake And called the cashier sir and she responded to me and said I am a female I have all the parts that those girls have out there and pointed at some young girls and then responded and said if my son was here this would be going down a whole different way and then walked away and did not finish taking my orderA different lady came and completed it But the food was good just service sucked

Bad customer service I pulled up to the speaker to say that I had two doordashes and the lady said okay when I got to the window it was a different story the lady said that she never heard me say that and I cut in line and that she never heard me say that I had two door dashes let alone one called me out my name and I lost money out on that because of her the one guy came up and said that girl gave ur dash to some one else I would not recommend this one they're always hiring not good food and poor customer service period I wouldn't go there for my food

The young lady that served me a an problem maybe just a bad day but didn't like her attitude at all the food was good n hot Parking: 8 mile n Groesbeck

The food was called it was not made correctly as I asked for it and I also asked the representative to repeat my food order and she had everything correct but my food was terrible I asked for no pickles I'm allergic to pickles so I got pickles I asked for fresh hot fries my fries was cold and we went straight there and picked it up and came back and the food was terrible we never received our drinks we ordered a was that a strawberry cherry lemonade and also with ordered a orange soda and we did not never receive it so be careful when you're going to McDonald's and placing the order and don't receive your food actually we did not pick it up we had doordash to pick it up and they did not bring everything back and like I said the food was cold the person who brought us iPhone didn't care so I would appreciate if you would never send that person again to my house no I did not get his name he was a nonchalant driver did not want to ask questions and left my food on the porch

The employees here are absolutely amazing. Their food is fresh tasty and bar far the best experience I've ever had at any location! Kuddos to the team! You are truly appreciated!!! Dja you're a true MVP.
