McDonald's

Bought kids meal, quarter pound with cheese, and a double cheese burger. Got the kids meal right away but waited long for the other two order. Saw our bag thrown to the lady at the window and she handed to us. Open up the bag to look at the burger why they took so long and my quarter pound looked like my cheese burger. There was nothing in there but bits of pieces of little onion pickle and looks like 5 shredded lettuces. What the hell was that. Get better worker!. Ripping off customers! Would never go there ever!

This McDonalds couldn't even get 1 star. I tried for 2 days to get a response via the telephone to avoid a personal confrontation...NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER 14 ATTEMPTS. Called the Corporate Office and filed a complaint. I saved the food if you can call it that and if I do not get a full refund ASAP I will bring it to a local TV station and let them be the Karen. awful avoid

There was an out of control guest, but as we were starting to leave, the managers welcomed us back in and assured us they were taking care of the situation. I thought they handled it really well and made me and my family feel safe. They had excellent service and one of the male workers was very friendly and kind to my daughters. Giving them extra toys after my daughter ran up and gave him an unexpected hug. We all had a great experience today, great food. Thanks guys!

I placed my order yesterday via the mobile app for some reason payment did not go through. I went inside to pay for my order and it was a cockroach by the soda fountain. After I got home I noticed that the ordered 2. 10pc. mc nuggets contained only 8 pieces each.Food: 1/5

We come here often for french fries and $1 soda. My son calls it the Fry Store and thinks it's where you come on Fridays. 4/5 times the food is good, every once in a while we come on an off day and leave without an item or two but I fault myself as much as the people working if I don't check my bag before I leave. People need to remember there are humans working not robots.

Excellent food here! I come every Saturday and my food is always hot, fresh, and made exactly how it should be. The service is phenomenal also! Jimmy, especially, is friendly and hard working, always happily greeting his customers, Andrea too always smiles and is friendly as well! Thank you for a great McDonald's experience here and keep up the good work!

Terrible terrible terrible service. I walked in and the employees where behind the counter arguing and no one wanted to take our order. They kept a saying they wasn’t helping us. It was a bunch of employees sitting in the booth having a discussion with one of the employees mother about having kids. When they put our food on the counter all the food wasn’t there and they acted like we where bothering them by asking for the rest! The food was thrown together. We spent almost 40 dollars for food to be thrown together. I don’t recommend coming here at all.

This McDonald’s is very unprofessional and dirty. The staff was arguing in the lobby in the presence of customers. The meat heating station has roaches coming out of it. The general manager is unreliable and blames everything on the staff that he’s supposed to be managing.

Just stop in for a quick bite to eat. The service was great and wait time was a little bit long. But the overall experience was great.Food: 4/5

Yeah it was clean but it took 35 minutes for ONE LARGE MOCCA FRAPPE W/ AN EXTRA SHOT OF EXPRESSO!! They first tried to give me a MEDIUM after charging me over $6 which is the most that I've paid at ANY McDonald's for the same drink..I didn't taste ANY expresso in it and they acted like I did something wrong when I went in and asked WHAT WAS THE HOLD UP! They said they thought it was a medium, as if I changed my mind and order... DID NOT! And nobody could explain why out of 10 employees, NOBODY saw the L OR LARGE which showed that it was a LARGE and not a medium!! But they want $15/ hour. Oh and don't throw in the fact that they got an attitude because I asked about my drink and expressed that I only had a 30 minute lunch break and they had TAKEN UP MY WHOLE LUNCH TIME AND I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER A SANDWICH!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!
