Jimmy John's

The staff were great, friendly and quick. The turkey "unwhich" that I ordered was well over 95% lettuce with one tomatoe on the open end and 3, maybe 4 thin slices of turkey. After getting the same "unwhich " in Detroit and Ohio I was expecting a delicious meal, but got a salad instead. My next visit to JJ will be back in Ohio.Food: 1/5

I usually don't post reviews but at this point its bothering me. Every time I order I always add for them to cut my sandwich then at delivery its never cut. This time I ordered and asked to be easy on the lettuce. Seems like now that just means no lettuce period. As much as convenient as this location is, right across the street. I will not be ordering from here again.

We have had good experiences with this store in the past. We have placed hundreds of orders and never had a problem. there is a little construction by our business and they are now refusing us delivery. The owner of the store was trying to deliver to us one day and would refuse to listen to my instructions on how to get to us. He said they would stop delivering to us unless we gave them directions on how to get to us. After work that day I printed off a map and drove to the store to give to them so they could find us easier. Thought this would solve the issue of not being able to find us. We placed a couple orders since and they delivered. Placed an order today and they called and said we are now outside their delivery range. Told the nice lady on the phone the situation and she said the owner had wrote on the paper I gave them, that he asked for, that they will no longer deliver to us. The owner was very rude on the phone with the first issue and I find it hard to understand why you would refuse service to someone who went out of their way to make it easier for you to deliver to them. He is not only refusing service to my staff but also to customers here who want to have food delivered to them here as well. Very unprofessional and rude from an owner in a customer service industry.

I've been to a lot of Jimmy John's and eaten a lot of Jimmy John's. This Jimmy John's makes the best with the proper amount of ingredients. I leave this place feeling good about my order. Thank you. I appreciate y'all.

Ordered food expeciting the usual experience of fast and good. 30 minutes after I ordered, i was informed it may be 30 minutes to another hour before I received it. I asked if they thought it would be soggy, and they said no. OK, I questioned that a bit, and was told by the Manager on 8/12/2021 at 1:20 pm that he could cancel it. I said ok and he just hangs up on me. Superb customer service!

The staff here has terrible compliance. The manager was absolutely outrageous yelling at us for HIS mistake. Drive down 10 minutes down Port Washington, and go to the one I’m Mequon, don’t waste you time here. Never coming back to this location.

We stop here often for sandwiches and generally I am happy with the quality. However, yesterday my husband and I agreed the bread was stale, which never happened before.
