McDonald's

The lobby is never open, they are constantly saying the systems down, even every morning at 3 a.m.,They are slow will have you waiting in line 5 or more minutes. It’s currently 10:30 p.m. and the sign says the lobby closes at 11 p.m. why is it close, their attitudes are horrible!! Im speaking on the night and over night shift!! If they don’t wanna work McDonald’s replace them it’s as simple as that!! This store has more excuses than a person who doesn’t wanna go to rehab!! I won’t be back

The food was good but the service was lackin very much. We ordered on the touchscreens and the screen read take your seats and the food will be brought out but they only brought it to the front counter and when my daughters went to go get it one of my kids asked a question and was ignored so the workers could get back to the conversation and they were not busy because we were the only customers until one other person came in and the workers and customer had a great conversation and seemed to be more welcome than our party of 4. Could have been a race thing though i guess. Plus i went to the restroom and it was nasty and my fiance saus the womens restroom was too so it seems to me they thought the job they are supposed to do is talk amongst each other and nothing to do with customer service..

I visited this McDonald's today. I bought my baby a chicken nugget happy meal. My other kid a big mac. I had a caramel frappuccino and look what I saw... I'm very irate. That's why I always check my food and never eat in the dark. Be cautious. Be are.

Getting off work decided to stop by this location to grab my kid something to eat.. whoever this chic was working the drive thru at the 1st window is rude as hell. Instead of telling me to move forward she stood there on her phone, then walks off from the register without saying a word. I didn’t know what was happening whether the system was rebooting or having some type of issue or what and she sure as heck did not care enough to open her mouth to say nothing. Baby it’s late night, I’ve worked 15 hours today and was not in the move for any shenanigans as I expressed it to the lady at window 2. I rarely go to the location and this is the prime example why I don’t. SMH!!!

The staff were rude, mean, and should all be retrained or fired. They tried to humiliate my daughter. It's gross and sad their so miserable they have to deflect it on everyone else.

Female employees are very opinionated and talk about the customers very loudly when working. I'm certain that they know that people can hear them talking about others. When I received my hot fudge sundae it had onions and meat in it ???. 6/12/21 8:30 pm.- Lady with raspy voice like it was strained from yelling was yelling at employees, talking loud about customers at the drive thru. I waited at the counter and as usual they ignored us. I spoke to a Mexican employee who looked like a custodian and he told the ladies "We need help" and the ladies looked at him like he was crazy. When I received my order the Fry bag was upside down in the bag. I told the person who gave it to me and it was corrected. I observed an employee wiping down the french fry holding area with a filthy white rag with brown and black stains on it then pouring a fresh batch of fries into that bin. As I was typing this a customer came inside and addressed the lady's at the drive thru window saying "you don't have to be so rude" I shot video of this event for a record of the encounter. This is not proper McDonald's etiquette. 6/18/22 6:30pm: Tables were filthy. Large roach on the floor near dining tables and entrance to childrens play area. All hand sanitizer stations were empty. In men's restroom the paper towel dispenser was hanging open with the towel roll inside sitting at an angle unrolled. The clerk said they had no clean food trays to give to dine-in customers. Ice dispenser was almost empty. Ketchup tray on front counter had old gummy material all over the outside. Some of ketchup packets were stuck together with different color sticky condiment material all over them. Employees still yell at each other despite a number of them are relatively new. French fries were dumped in my bag. 7/2/22 4th of July weekend: Employees said that they could not make any burgers or chicken sandwiches. Customers were only offered chicken nuggets and french fries. An employee was standing at the front counter near the registers eating which is a major health department violation consuming food in a food preparation area. 7/4/22 4th of July: Two order items were improperly prepared which I mentioned to the employee, when I asked about it he just shrugged his shoulders. A female employee walked up and said he didn't know how to prepare the items because "he is new". So I am being provided food items by employees who are not trained? Earlier I made a large order to be eaten in the restaurant and was given those items in a carryout bag by the store manager. Employees are in the back yelling at each other as I am typing this review. 7/17/22: We ordered a DINE-IN meal which included EXTRA LETTUCE on one sandwich and a Quarter Pounder hamburger, the order was placed on the kiosk. We received our order IN A BAG even though one clerk hand delivered trays of food to other patrons. When the clerk was questioned about the bag she shrugged her shoulders. One sandwich had NO LETTUCE and the Quarter Pounder had almost no condiments see photo. This restaurant is very inconsistent in its practices on a daily basis. One of the kiosks has been malfunctioning for very long time just flickering and causes you to make improper order selections another kiosk just has an error message on it.

Usually they're pretty good about service and accuracy but this morning after driving 40 minutes to work, I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese. I open it up and it's just cheese. As if anyone in their right mind would drive drive McDonald's and pay $10 for a slice of cheese and a biscuit.

Food was hard and not tasty. I didn't even try to get my money back because the computer kept shutting down. They were nice though.Food: 1/5

Ordered a #7 combo and 2 orders of the Spicy Crispy Chicken combo. Fries were good, sweet tea was good. No sauce on the chicken sandwiches so they were very dry, the buns tasted microwaved and kinda tuff. I was disappointed. But the customer service was amazing.

My food was excellent. Some of the best mcdonalds I've had since I moved to Alabama. I tend to stay away from mcdonalds down here, but this one does a good jobFood: 5/5
