Best coffee around there.... We were having a crazy morning checking out of suite,heading to a wedding so I got our names customized on cups lol
The slowest and most incorrect Starbucks I have ever been to. As a former barista with several awards and a lot of experience.. going here is terrible. 30 minute waits are normal. drinks are never right. Always out of whipped cream.
The new guy who works here is awesome! He writes “have an amazing day” on peoples bagel bags and it makes my day so much better. Also, I think her name is Andrea is very, very awesome and always asks how I am. This is why I love his Starbucks. They never get my order wrong either! Edit: would add more stars if I could! These people make my day everyday and are so nice to me and everyone they meet!
The staff were efficient as possible, but the company should consider moving its commercial lease to a bigger space within this mall. Expect long lines at busy times and customers that litter the floor with waste. Also, I don't blame the staff, but several regular menu items were unavailable because of either lack of supplies or broken machines.
There were multiple hairs stuck to my coffee cup this morning. None were necessarily inside my cup but I'm still grossed out. They were stuck in the label sticker. That is just unsanitary and extremely disgusting. Let's work on our hygiene, Starbucks. Also, that cup passed through multiple hands before mine. How did no one else notice the hairs.
I dont usually have a problem with Starbucks but this one has messes up so much . Everyone needs complete retraining. Especially the people working on 7/3 early morning . Mobile orders are the biggest thing they need to work on . I use it all the time and they never seem to check them . I always have to reorder.
STOP making excuses for bad customer service. When a consumer patronizes your establishment understand that fast service is not always good service. Not preparing products correctly because of a limitation in staff is a poor excuse. If that is the issue then LOWER your prices since the quality in service and product is bad. Finally, tell your supervisor to stop being so rude. He is obnoxious and delivers bad service.
The staff that served my friend and myself were amazing! They had a smile on their faces and they made sure our drinks were to taste! Definitely one of my better starbucks experiences!
Excellent food, clean bathrooms, and kind staff. I could never have asked for a better Starbucks experience. In all my life I've never been to a better Starbucks than this. When I look back on my visit to this Starbucks it brings me some much joyful delight that I can hardly bear it! This. This Starbucks right here is the reason why i get out of bed every morning. Just knowing that a Starbucks like this exists in this very state, country, continent, world, solar system, galaxy, and universe makes me happy beyond compare! Please take a nice little trip to this Starbucks and you will surely experience this same feeling of utter and complete ecstasy as I did when walking into this fine eating establishment. Thank you for existing.
I don't stop by Starbucks much, I had a gift card and needed to use it. I liked the green tea latte cold, but it was $6. I guess it's OK to spend money like that occasionally, but if you on a budget...wait until you get a gift card. Very pricey
