Starbucks

We visited here to grab some coffee and use two gift cards we just got as a gift. We both got Grande vanilla sweet cream cold brews and they were delicious! We didn’t realize that our gift cards totaled $10 together, and so the cashier in the drive through was very kind and funny as we dug for the $0.31 cents in our car

Me and my daughter and her husband was there drinking coffee and visiting nice clean place a little rude when it's time to close but it was a weekend so they were ready to get out to go somewhereFood: 5/5

One of my all time favourite coffee.. but this is my first time in Birmingham USA .. and I really appreciate.. we loved the smell of real coffee and latte too .. worthy for money Definitely recommend

Very busy with a long drive thru line but I wasn't disappointed because everyone working there were on the same page and working together!!! By far the fastest drive thru experience EVER!!! Oh yeah, the caramel frappechinno was amazing as well I will most definitely be back

I stop at this location from time to time when I'm on my way to my hometown and the baristas are super nice for the most part. When they are super busy I can understand that it will take a little longer for me to receive my drink but when it's only 3 of us it shouldn't take forever.

My daughter enjoyed the Carmel Latte. She said it was yummy and delightful. I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade Refresher. It tasted fresh and exquisite.

This Starbucks has plenty of individual seating both indoors and outside. It’s mainly tables for two with a few lounge chairs and a large table. On the east side of the building, they comfy patio seating that gets shade in the evening. The employees were very lively and good spirited. On a nice-weather Saturday morning in Birmingham at 9:00 AM, the store was still relatively quiet, making it a nice place to meet or work.

I never have any issues with this Starbucks. Drinks are always consistent and taste amazing. The baristas are so friendly and hold great conversations while you are waiting for your drink to be made. Food is always good too. The atmosphere inside is great to sit down and have a great conversation or study for a while. Highly recommend this one over the one in Greystone.

Pleasant team, good coffee, clean, quick

Im given an option, Drive Thru or In Store pick up for my mobile order. I decide ill sit in the Drive thru and pick up, i regretted it immediately because they had plenty of customers waiting, i stay in drive thru for over 20 minutes, get to the window and they tell me i need to come in to pick up!! It was 4 drinks, 2 Lemon Loafs and a cake pop! Im not a Kevin but damn, not convenient at all. On top of that, Very poor social skills. Not friendly and welcoming, on top of being a big inconvenience.
