MedExpress Urgent Care

Today, I walked in with a suspected sinus infection. The woman at the desk was welcoming and friendly while she took down my information. The nurse was patient with me considering my flinching as she swabbed my throat and the doctor was personable and laid-back unlike others which can make you nervous with their serious, no-nonsense attitude. It was a pleasant atmosphere. I was in and out with a diagnosis and prescription in a half-an-hour and the pay for basic care didn't make my wallet weep. . I'd highly recommend going here if you have any concerns and I'll definitely be going back for any future urgent care visits!

I was stuck in a really bad predicament today. I have tricky asthma that requires controller medication. Well I had just changed jobs so I have no insurance and my primary care physician just switched his practice so that he only cares for seniors. Both my controller inhaler and my rescue inhaler were on their last legs and I had no refills. Even if I did, without insurance, my medications would have cost me well over $400. The amazing staff here took the time to see me, refill my prescriptions, AND find me the best possible replacement for the next few months until my new benefits kick in. They were so kind and courteous and helpful. The visit wasn't very expensive either. At the end of the day I paid half of what I would have paid for just my prescriptions alone. I cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Roberts and crew enough. Thank you for making it such an easy experience for me. I highly recommend their services.

From the moment my son Gavin and I walked in we were immediately greeted and assisted. The nurse and physician were very personable, you didnt feel like you were on a time limit. They never interrupted you while you spoke. Just the perfect patient care you dont see anymore and this place delivers. Highly recommend!

I am very leary of urgent cares. After reading the reviews and in need of one I decided upon Med Express. The staff was very personable and friendly at each step of the way. I was seen by the Dr. in less than 5 minutes who listened to what I had to say. Even though I don't get sick and in need of a doctor that often this is my go to place. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Everyone was so nice.There was a VERY short wait in the waiting room and to se the Dr.and or nurse in the back examination room. They explained everything we were to do and even called me a couple of days later to follow up and see if i still needed a referral to a specialist. That was very unexpected it made me feel like they really cared about my well being.

Today I took my mom to this urgent care for breathing issues. Dr.Tabor and Shannon took great care of her. They were both not only good at their jobs, but also very compassionate. We need more doctors and nurses like them in the world.

This place is great. I highly recommend this office. Short wait time, very thorough, & they even called me the next morning to follow up on how I felt. They were even willing to call up & make a referral appt for me regarding my medical issue. This place is extremely clean as well. You really don't find that very often.

I went to a minute clinic before I came here for an ear wax removal. At minute clinic she did not even try to help me and told me instead it was to hard to get out, charged me for an infection in ear, then told me not to do anything to my clogged up ear for a week in a half....after I left there, I was crying because I felt she made my ear worse, felt deaf in one ear. I found this place right down the road from where I live and they took amazing care of me, got my impacted ear wax out & I can finally hear!!!! Thank you guys for taking great care of me. I will be back again to this urgent care! :

Worst customer service ever , the girl in the front wouldn’t take my ID as I am a resident from Texas and had a paper print out which they give you for an alternated ID, however moving along I asked for a manager as I though it was strange she wouldn’t accept my id stating that it’s not valid when it doesn’t expire until May the 20 2019 ! I asked for a manager and she didn’t even ask for my concern she just immediately denied me service and requested that I speak with Adam I believe is the head manager. Although Adam was helpful I still didn’t get service I was told to call my job and have them describe me ! Smh so I left and drove 15 mins and went to another med urgent and was able to get a drug test with my Texas ID with out no problem and the young lady was very respectful and generous !! With that being said wouldn’t recommend this location they discriminate against customers.

One of the best urgent cares we've been to so far. Fast and friendly service/treatment, very clean and comfortable place. Took my husband here when his painful symptoms were at their worst and this urgent care treated him right away. They were able to give him all the fluids he needed, did blood work and found the problem, even took xrays. They had him in a nice exam room on a comfortable bed, gave him blankets while he got the iv fluids he needed. This UC even follows up with you afterwards. Many urgent cares only have physicians that just diagnose you, write a prescription, and send you on your way. This UC was more attentive and we're grateful for that. Thank you MedExpress!!
