10/10. The gals at the front were very sweet & knowledgeable. Explained how to register online as well as letting me know since I was a walk in, the wait time was going to be a bit long. Once called to the room, the Medical Assistant- Edith was just as kind & empathetic with what happened that led me to visit them. The provider/Dr., Ms./Mrs. Flores was very professional, fast & efficient. Also made me feel very comfortable. Over, great experience! Wish all drs officers were this kindhearted.

Great front desk personnel. Very friendly. Treating nurse and doctor were terrible. I had to ask for my X-ray results which they didn’t know.. they said they would call me later with them. No call yet. I had to ask for my diagnosis before I left because neither the nurse nor attending physician, Anna Flores, said nothing to me. Do not let Anna Flores treat you. She never even introduced herself, I had to ask her who she was because I was not sure if she was a nurse or someone else. Total lack of concern, professionalism, and bedside care. She has no business being in health care. Drive the extra miles to another location. CareNow on Green Valley is excellent. I was too sick to drive myself over there so I went to the Sloan/Charleston location. Don’t make that mistake!

I used the web check in feature and it really sped up the process. The staff seemed caring and empathetic towards patients. I am very grateful that they were open and ready even on the day after Christmas. So grateful this clinic is so close to home.

They are not polite and they don’t treat everyone the same. They labeled all the rules they told me I must follow while there, as policy but when others came in they didn’t bug and push them the same as they did us. First off, they want you to act as a single parent as they only allow one parent in the room with all your kids not mattering how many you may have. Second, they pushed us all to wear masks and they tried making me put one on my 1year old child claiming it’s a requirement. When white people walked in with their toddlers they didn’t tell them anything. When black people walked in with no masks on they didn’t tell them anything either. Third, their bathrooms have no changing tables and if they allow you to change them in a room they awkwardly stand right behind you. They are not really an urgent care because you have to make an appointment and if you don’t show up when they text you, they will not see you. Maybe its more like just a type of clinic but not at all an urgent care, as they don’t care how sick you are they will follow some weird rules and be very cold about how you feel. Feels more like a place where those working there only care about getting paid rather than being humane and caring for the sick.

I seriously LOVE this clinic. I actually prefer them over our family doctors. They always are so compassionate, caring, and kind. I have been here over a dozen times, mostly for my kids, and have never left unhappy, or unsatisfied with how we were taken care of. Their doctors are truly THE BEST.

The doctor, nurse and staff were very friendly and professional. This site has a very organized and speedy process. I checked in at 10 am, so maybe later in the day it gets busier. Excellent quick care to go to!

This has to be the worst urgent care in Las Vegas. The front desk doesn’t know the definition of empathy. People come to these people establishments because they are not feeling well. As a patient one does not need to be treated poorly. They never have a provider and when they do they are low quality. Please don’t waste your time and come to this location. Hopefully they clean house and get some decent staff.

The receptionist were not the most welcoming I've encountered, not the worst either. We were called back & greeting with SUNSHINE from Medical Assistant LINDA!! Just being in her space made my son & I both instantly feel better!! Linda was amazing..Friendly, Professional, Thorough, Caring & Knowledgeable. Np Annabelle was also professional & curious. Our experience was pleasant ****Update***Our personal information was entered wrong, preventing us from getting what the NP prescribed..adjusted rating for that inconvenience.

Wait time was by far the worst I have seen but not their fault with one doctor. Front desk was nice. Xray tech was pleasant. Just very rushed, I didn't get my entire concerns addressed. My wait time was 3 hours. Doctor seems rushed and tired 2nd time I seen her. She has a stand-off demeanor. Overall it was OK. Probably will find another urgent care for the future however.

I absolutely love this Urgent Care. The doctors have CONSISTENTLY been so attentive and they have helped me so much. The facility is extremely extremely clean and I like they’re check in process makes it very efficient. This is my go to for Urgent Care facilities. They have great customer service.
