I genuinely appreciate and love this place. As someone who is German, to come across this clinic that gives true care to their patients just like the NHS does—is amazing. I really lucked out getting this clinic on my first visit since leaving the UK in July last year. Radiology, Physical therapy, and especially my GP in the urgent care are unbelievably amazing. Love Dr. Dhanoa and her staff, she's so sweet and even pretty dang funny too. Couldn't recommend her enough. To the clinic, thank you for all the care. It's been so nice to be heard and seen. Now, my only complaint is Dr. Obi. He'll treat you but the moment you question HIS judgment, he is the type of doctor to let their ego get the best of them and act cold. Was incredibly unprofessional how he dismissed the trauma done to my spine then make me feel I was being kicked out cause I asked for a few days of pain relief.
I'm a patient in urgent care/primary care and pain management. Staff is super helpful, plus they accept walk-ins! Dr. Dhanoa and Dr. Obi are amazing!
My husband has ugly pain in stomach and come to Urgent Care ask for help. They give him IV , but he left with his ugly pain! It’s Pain Institute! They have no medication to Help people with Pain! We have to go Emergency after having more pain
What a joke appointment at 11 its 130 . Being told different things by everyone. The Dr tells you one thing then the nurses tell you another. Zero communication on what is going on. Was told to go next door get X-rays he would look at then now waiting another hour to get seen to do that. Why is it so hard to Get help when you Need it . Never communicated any information. Zero help getting any kind of relief .
Absolutely an amazing staff!!!! Had my first appt today and I already feel like these guys are gonna make me better!!! Would recommend them to everyone!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON DR OBI I have a torn disc in my low back along with bulging discs as well as degenerative disc disease. I’ve been on my medications for pain a little short of 6 months. When I got to the office for my 1030 appointment I arrived at 10 am. I filled out the proper paperwork for a new patient. I was finally brought to a room by 1 pm and a nurse practitioner came in and had a short discussion with me to see what was going on. I explained the problems I have and medications I’ve been on and she excused herself to speak with the dr, a few moments later the dr along with 4-5 other staff members come into the room and I explain to the dr that I was not interested in the injections and that I was having a consultation for back surgery the following day. When I refused the injections the dr explained to me that he absolutely will not prescribe me my medication. Following this conversation I spoke with my lawyer and I was advised to get the information of the staff that was included in the conversation due to the fact that they were potential witnesses to him denying my medication strictly because I did not believe the injections were the correct fit for me. The injury occurred in 2018. I attempted to let myself heal before committing to the surgery. Now I’m at the stage where this dr that I spoke with is completely refusing my medicine which could force me to withdrawals which could be life threatening all because I didn’t agree with the injections he wanted to do. I left without any help with the pain and when I asked for the dr and staff information I pulled out my phone to record the conversation and the manager ran out of the room to call 911 not knowing that this is a single party consent state when it comes to recording. After realizing that the police were not on the way and that I was only threatened because she was unaware of my legal rights
Dr OBI takes great care of me he has been seeing me for over 2 years now
DR.Obi, I believe was his name is very cocky. It seems as if he deals with people who just want pain pills all day. I wanted some type of injection to relieve the pain I have been experiencing for years. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. He makes you feel less than human. I would never go back to this place..the nurses were nice. He just needs some bedside manner training.
I'll start by saying I've been a patient for a very long time. The people working here are great!!! But the waiting time is absolutely ridiculous!!! Normally when I visit I already expect it to take 2 hours until a Dr. finally comes in. Then 2 minutes later I'm done. Today I had an appt at 9:15am. I didn't go in because of Covid issues, so they told me a Dr. would call for a teledoc session. I didn't get a call until 1:45pm. For a call that lasted 69 sec!!! Just so they could send my scripts to the pharmacy. It wouldn't have been an issue if I had medication, but since they write scripts for 30 days and it's been 32 for me, this sucked!!! I had to wait because they aren't open on weekends...
Absolute worst service ive ever had. We got moved to 3 different rooms and took 4 hours to see our doctor. While there was only one patient ahead of us. As my husband and I were sitting in our multiple rooms we could hear the nurses laughing, eating, and talking about the plans they had for the weekend. We eventually walked out of our room and asked if we would be helpped because my husband was very sick. Someone finally came and was able to help us. No matter how sick I am i would rather die at home then come here and have to deal with these people again.
