UMC Quick Care - Nellis

Signed in at 1:10 pm, vitals taken at 1:20, wasn't seen until 8:45, after being seen and sent home with prescription it was 9:20pm!!! Over eight hours and why was I the last patient when I had dual insurance coverage and plenty of patients came in after me from 1:10 pm. Something very suspicious going on down at UMC Quick Care at Nellis. Maybe all of them. Either way I will never return and can only hope you'll make the same decision.

This is the only location where you’d get sicker by waiting in the waiting room. Went back for stomach issues I’ve experienced from my first visit. This time however two toddlers kept coughing with no masks nor arm cover and their moms allowed them to continue to cough without covering their mouths. And people wonder why Covid , flu and RSV are ramped.

I found out I was pregnant, I had to go to urgent care which was this one . Me and my boyfriend were waiting over an hour, the front desk lady asked me if I was cramping assuring me that it was a period cramp instead of a pregnancy cramp . Once I was called in , me and my boyfriend waited in the room , This doctor Can’t remember her name asked me questions about my pain and my spotting, to end the result of telling me I could be needing an abortion! Which made me cry and the Doctor left the room five seconds later said , sorry for the false information, You’re Actual Doctor is coming . when the actual doctor came in she stated that the other doctor was right. They ended up taking a heartbeat test when I found out 2 days ago . My boyfriend almost pasted out when she mentioned that 15% could lead to a miscarriage! I went to the ER GOT WAY BETTER CARE THEN THIS PLACE

Everyone is so nice! I feel well cared for!! Great clinic!! One of the patients’ wives was singing and just pushed me right over to feeling the spirit!! I Love Earth Angels!!

Only complaint that I have is the blonde big nurse that was the rudest person even on a moment when you are feeling really bad and vulnerable. Your job is to take care of people and give good treatment. I wish I had her full name to submit a formal complaint. If anyone know how can I get her full name it would be highly appreciated. Front desk and the female doctor were amazing.

I don't understand how they can have "quick care" in the name taking 8 hours to determine a sinus infection. Should be illegal to waste that much of a person's day doing God knows what. This place is the slowest "urgent care" on the planet Positive reviews are employees. This place is a dumpster fire.

Gotten in quick. Yelly was my nurse and took care of my wound really well. Thankfully no stitches Doctor was very helpful and clear about everything. Bad luck getting hurt but thankfully got taken care of.

As Martin Lawrence would say what a jokey joke. An urgent care that don't write bloodwork, don't write X-ray, don't, preform US, don't schedule appt. Tries to direct you to online video docs that also don't do none of these things either. Question? What do you do? I know get you there with other sick folk than try and transport you to UMC so you can spend time in their waiting room also. Shame! Shame! Shame! UMC Quick Care, Shame!, Shame, Shame. Some doctor is trying to pay off their medical school bills.

Came in at a good time so service was extremely fast. Doctors were very great and professional. Medicaid accepted, highly recommend.

I went in and got out very quickly, everyone was so helpful and Ms. Laura answered all of my questions and helped me understand more about my situation. This place has bad reviews but my experience was fast and great Shout out to yelly, Kiran, Sharonda, and Jolene for being super sweet with me
