LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. They helped me lose 61 pounds. I was always on the look out for a program that was attainable and could be continued through life and this is just that. Every week I went in and they were so supportive and always cheering me onto my next goal. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed and will be a changed person inside and out when you go here!

I do not post many reviews, but I had an awesome experience with this company. For me first impressions really matter and when I called and spoke with Heather at the front desk to inquire information about this program she gave me all the information I would need to feel confident in starting this program. She gave me information regarding supplements, programs and prices. Excited to for this journey!

Got there kinda early for my appointment and the girls were gone. They ran to get coffee this was a good sign for me since I am a coffee drinker myself and was worried that I wouldn't to be able to partake. Even better they offered to go get me some. Both the ladies have a really good sense of humor. I feel really comfortable there. They are super great about explaining the experience and all its components. So far so good. Thanks ladies.

My wife and I went in on 2/1/2018 and the ladies who took our measurements were amazing. Very good presentation I look forward to working more with them.

My wife started here in mid-May and lost 30 lbs by mid-September. And this after trying quite a few diets and feeling like nothing worked. Now my wife is pretty good at sticking to a regimented diet and logging what she ate so it didn't look like anything was going to work but we gave it a shot as a last ditch effort. We are age 50 and used to lose weight fast if we wanted but getting older, this was the only success we could find. I didn't actually join the program but just ate what wife made for the diet plan and IT REALLY WORKS! I am not as strict as my wife but I lost 28 lbs in the same timeframe.
