Mediacom Communications Corporation

Received an email that my account was shut off and deactivated, so I called customer service to find out my payment was 2 months behind. I asked if I could schedule a payment to be scheduled next week for the amount and they told me that I can not since my account is deactivated and I would have to call in and pay the amount that day. I must say I am pretty disappointed in the fact I can't schedule my payment, I also would have liked a notice a week ahead of time about the disconnect since I get paid bi weekly. Internet speeds are also never near what I was suppose to get. They even deleted my username from their website and app so I can't schedule the payment my self. I understand that I am late on my payment and that is entirrly my fault but would have liked to see a little more help in trying to resolve the issue.

Customer service is rude , and the on demand is a joke when you click on free movies it tells you to upgrade to watch when the on demand is supposed to be included , they update and change the layout without giving you a heads up so you finally get comfortable with the functions and then it completely switches everything so it is not user friendly the only good part of this process was the installers are friendly and take the time to explain it and show you how everything works but overall you get more for your money from dish

Internet service is sparatic at best....speeds that could come close to dial up...living in small town MN...we do not have many options, but I will start researching...I feel a switch in the near future!!!!
