Used 2 large washers at 5.25 per load. One load failed. Most.of the clothes were bone dry but some on the bottom were wet. I brought this to the attention if the male employee who told.me that the.machines are so powerful that the water is completely sucked out.. I said "no. These clothes have not been washed." I showed him.the jeans.my cat vomited on and asked him if they looked clean. He said "Ma'am, spot remover is a thing." I said you mean you arenot going to refund my money?" He replied that he was not because the.machine did not indicate a failure. I again said "my clothes are.bone dry! They have not been washed! He walked away! For the price.of 1 load of laundry this business has lost a regular customer.

Pretty nice laundromat, its always busy. Theyve got super big washers and dryers for my big blankets and comforters. Always clean too.

No they hire little punk ass teenagers that seriously lack customer service skills. I asked a simple question and received a smart ass comment and by the end of all the BS I was taking my soaked clothing out and going elsewhere I won't be going back and will be telling everyone I know that goes there to stop and will be talking to the owners. When you work in a place with people you should be hiring mature adults that have common sense and decency and respect and have customer service skills not ignorant little punks that crave any kind of power
