Poor capability to fulfill an order correctly, and even exceptionally worse at being able to resolve an issue. Business ordered the incorrect apparel for a wedding party and did not ship new apparel from its stock house until the morning of the wedding event. Misinformation from and ineptitude by the staff to offered a nightmare experience, with little apparent compassion or interest in resolving the issue and satisfying the wedding couple.

I came in and bought a suit for a formal event. The suit was promised to me at a specific time. My wife showed up to pick up my suit which was only an hour and a half before the event and was told that it wouldn't be ready for a couple days. I didn't have another suit to wear to this event. The manager on duty pretty much told me that I was on my own. When i went back into the store to get my money back the manager was hanging all over her boyfriend in the middle of the store. Worst experience possible, wouldn't recommend this store to anyone...shame because they do have nice cloths.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Their incompetence knows no bounds. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
