Men's Wearhouse

I had purchased a custom suit here everything went well in the buying process. I went to get it tailored here and they put seams in the pants that were visible on the outside of the pant black stitching on gray pants very noticeable. So I called to see what they could do to fix it or get me a new pair or whatever they had to do it make it look good since I spent a lot of money on it and they really did nothing to helped they acted like it happens all the time very disappointed in the what the store did to my garments and how they addressed the issue when I called. Make sure to check garments well before leaving specially where they did the stitching.

Nice products, but worst experience EVER!! We had an APPOINTMENT at 1:00, but waited constantly for them as they were distracted with other shoppers. One young man alone was attempting to help us. Just ridiculous! Four of the six men ended up changing out of their street clothes into the suits twice because the tailor measuring, etc..step was skipped. It was as if they had NEVER done this before. It took FOREVER to find the tailor(not her fault), and she worked with the two who didn't change twice, then went back to her work, I'm sure. The four who did change twice waited for a VERY long time when finally, the young man helping us went to get the tailor AGAIN. We waited AGAIN. Other patrons seemed to get out in reasonable amounts of time, and yet, we with an APPOINTMENT were left waiting. I finally asked if he found the tailor, but he thought that she hsd gone to lunch. Well, part of my husband's suit had to be ordered so knowing he'd be back, we headed out. 2 2/2 hours!! The bride and groom were there an hour beyond this point. 3 1/2 hours!! The cost of tailoring will over $160, by the way. Ouch!! We have been through other experiences with tux rentals that went ever so smoothly. Men's Warehouse is a nice place, the staff is very friendly, but we were very disappointed in their lack of efficiency.

I bought my wedding suit last year from this location. It was expensive but I loved it. Last week they told me I have a free 50 dollar to spend at the Men's wearhouse before January 31. I went back today to buy stuff with the free 50 bucks. The guy then told me I only have free 35 dollars. This is really upsetting, I was hoping a reputed store like them would stay true to their words after hundreds of dollars that I spent there.

Thoroughly enjoyed the custom suit experience. So fun! Trapper was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My sons and I believe that every man should have a custom suit. First class act.

Got a rental suit. It was really expensive. I'm sure that had to do with the specific wedding party but who knows. Service was bad as well. The guy working had about as much personality as a white tube sock. Not confident in the accuracy of my order. The store insists on using an iPad to complete orders, just for the sake of using an iPad. I suppose I am locked into to this thing, so I am really not allowed to complain. But c'mon, $250 to wear a suit for 12 hours? Only to be treated like a number. Seems like highway robbery to me. One other thing, I had to give them every bit of personal info, including phone number, address, & email address. Couldn't proceed with the rental without. That's annoying, also kind of like highway robbery of my personal info. But again, what am I gonna do? I have to get this thing or ruin the wedding...
