Went to this location after leaving the awful Town Center location. The staff at this location were much more helpful and actually knew what they were talking about. I was able to buy a whole set of suits for my wedding party within an hour. The staff member, whose name I believe was Kip, was super helpful. She measured me perfectly and I got a custom suit that fit perfectly. She also explained everything every step of the way. If I ever need a suit again, I'll be coming to this location.
Not a wise choice for the bridal party. I called on my lunch break to make an appointment to come in and look at color swatches since I have 5 different colors. I called 4 times at Cumberland and no one picked up the phone. It was about 1:30pm on a Wednesday. After work, come in and all the associates were chatting and tidying in the back of the store. I had to walk up to them to get their attention. The man was very happy to help, but really couldn't. They don't sell swatches of colors so no brides maid matching, they don't have good color selection, and they don't match David's Bridal color pallet anymore. There was no way to insure that the colors would match. Brides, don't waste your time!
Walked in the store Sunday afternoon needing a very specific white/cream suit. Xavier got me measured up, selected the suit its perfect, scheduled the alterations, matched me up with the perfect pair of white loafers and shirt that ties the whole thing together. Just picked up the suit nows that its altered and I'm off to my event. Incredible service, right price and got me taken care of on a short timeline! Fantastico
I came here to get fitted for a suit and met with Xavier and Furquan and they took great of me! I'm 7 ft and 365 lbs and never had a suit that really fits me! But Xavier ensured me that they could for sure get me fitted with a custom suit! They delivered on all levels and I'm beyond satisfied and will most definitely buy my 2nd and 3rd suit from here only! The suit was very inexpensive but of great quality!! Thank you guys!!!!
My first two visits to the Men's Warehouse, on Cobb Pkwy SE, in Atlanta have been nothing short of special. I was made to feel like I was their most important customer that walked through the door. The remarkable service I received on both occasions was exceptional and worth posting a positive rave about. The Consultant, Mr. Gerard N. is certainly customer service oriented who aims to AMAZE the customer. The entire team was outstanding although the names of the young lady and the young man are eluding my recollection. Thank you Men's Wearhouse for going the extra mile and making sure I was more than satisfied. 15 July 2020
Went in and worked with stylist Xavier and he made me feel great, as a big guy suit shopping isn’t fun and often has disappointing results since often the sizes I need aren’t in stock, Xavier was 100% solutions oriented and made sure I got what I needed and left looking great, he even followed up TK make sure the stuff that was ordered came in and fit well. Couldn’t be happier with a clothing store
I would strongly recommend setting aside at least an hour of your day aside to be here. It’s never a quick process, always understaffed, and constantly waiting on someone to give you their full attention. Last time I was here we left after waiting for over an hour of waiting.
I had an excellent experience at this location. Elijah was an fantastic salesperson and the other people working all seemed really nice. 100 percent would recommend!
My family and I will no longer shop at Men’s Wearhouse. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband, a long time customer of MW suggested we shop there for my son’’s graduation suit instead of the usual Macy’s suits my son had been wearing since he was little, because we knew whatever suit he got would require alterations to fit his ultra tall and slim athletic frame. MW is lot more expensive than Macy’s for the same EXACT suits but Macy's doesn't do alterations and we would have to find a tailor to custom fit the suit once we bought it. MW on the other hand, always tailored my hubby’s suits for a nominal fee so the higher suit cost appeared to be worth it. Everything went very well at the Cobb Pkwy store in Atlanta, GA on Saturday 5/14. The store manager, Omar, helped us himself and we spent over $600 for 2 ties, a Calvin Klein skinny fit suit, and 2 dress shirts. Unfortunately the suit jacket needed to be ordered but the pants were there and sent for alterations to fit my son. We were promised by Omar that the jacket would be fitted and tailored once it arrived by our return appointment date on 5/19. The jacket was delivered to our home instead of the store so we took it with us on Thursday 5/19. Immediately upon arriving we learned Omar was not there and further no one wanted to help us. I said we were there to pickup my son’s pants and get the jacket fitted. First they tell us, pants were not there, and second we could no longer get the jacket fitted to my son but needed to take it elsewhere, WHAT THE F&^%! I then show the appointment ticket Omar had given us and explain that we were promised when we bought the suit that the jacket would be fitted to my son when it arrived. At this point, the pants were found per our appointment ticket and I will say, they were altered perfectly. However, for the jacket, when I explain that we WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT if Omar had told us we had to go elsewhere for it to be fitted to my son, and that not our fault the jacket had to be ordered, a store associate very rudely tells us that Omar no longer works there “lets get that out the of way” he says, and that there was nothing he could do and we needed to go elsewhere. Such rude and demeaning customer service after spending $600 at your store - he was literally shooing us out of the store. I would have returned the suit but unfortunately I couldn’t return the pants since they were altered to fit my son and to order the much cheaper matching jacket from Macy’s at this point and get it altered was not feasible by the graduation date. We will never shop at Men’s Wearhouse again. Y'all just lost a long time customer, we will shop elsewhere for our future professional clothing needs. Thanks for the horrible customer service.
BUYER BEWARE! DOWNRIGHT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband ordered an expensive custom sport coat and slacks from this location over a month ago. We were promised that it would be in the store for final alterations in about 3 weeks. This was originally perfect timing in that he needed it for our granddaughter's out-of-state college graduation. It's been over a month and the items still have not come in. Each time my husband has called to check on the latest delivery date, he has been promised that he would receive a phone call the next day. This did not happen. Finally, yesterday he called and the female sales associate hung up on him. When he redialed, no one answered the phone they recognized his caller ID. THIS IS VERY RUDE. I have asked my credit card company to reverse this charge and we do not want the merchandise any longer. We've purchased what we need from a competitor.
