Tori made the process super easy for my brother best man and I. I had no idea what to expect going into the store as I have never done this before. She assured me that everything will be okay and it WAS PHENOMENAL! Definitely go check her out for all your formal wear needs!

Manager unprofessional refuse to accommodate us and gave Dent shoes I share the picture The entire ball dance pictures were messed up, the pants falling off, they took his measurements, fitted him. I guess they don’t tailor men. Ask him to were during final fitted he still stated too big. They said adjust the strap inside. He wears 34/33 they gave him 40/33 this is got a big guy. We ask for corporate number, she final credit for pants. We will not rent from them again.

Stopped in just to get pricing on a tux for an event..Upon entering, Satoria greeted me and answered any questions or concerns I had. I'd definitely recommend this location based on the customer service alone! Plus its in a great location!

The manager Tori really helped me and my groomsman look like GQ men for my special day. The customer service from Savvi is top tier and a joy to work with as they are patient and attentive to whatever your needs are.

Savvi Formalwear was really helpful. They were super lenient with my knucklehead bunch of groomsmen. We had someone forget to pay their deposit, and they were nice enough to still let him get the suit. Will was extremely helpful as he gave me my suit for free because of the amount of groomsmen I had. He was timely with his phone calls to me, and not overbearing. The service was quick to get fitted and everyone loved our tuxes! I definitely recommend anyone looking for exceptional service for their wedding to check out this location

Very friendly and helpful. We were traveling from TN to southern GA for a wedding and couldn’t find a tux shirt anywhere. They had plenty in stock & saved the day!

We used Savvi at Cumberland Mall for our wedding. The customer service was amazing, I loved that when I walked in they knew who I was and went right to my order. They were great at keeping me updated on the status of our groomsmen, and were awesome at helping me match the suits perfectly to the bridesmaids gowns. Just everything was perfect and our groomsmen looked amazing. Savvi helped take one huge item off my list of things to worry about and I appreciate them for it.

My Husband and I had a flawless experience ordering our groom & groomsmen attire from Savvi. The suits themselves were a beautiful color and fabric that I didn't expect from a rental company and the customer service was top notch. The men were complimented on their outfits throughout the entire wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased!

Very disappointed in my experience with Savvi. They seemed great and all of our initial appointments went well. However, on the day of our wedding, two of my brothers were given the wrong suit. A completely different suit. My third brother got the correct one that matched the groomsmen. So our family pictures look ridiculous because one brother is in one suit and the other two are in a different one. My brothers were very important in my wedding because they walked me down the aisle in place of my dad, who passed away. They did give my brothers a refund for their suits, but that didn't fix my pictures that I will have forever. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only issue we experienced. One groomsman's jacket was way too small and his pants too short. One of my brothers also had a very long jacket that looked so silly because it's not how the suit was supposed to fit. This was all after the fitting when they were supposed to fix any issues. I would not recommend them for a wedding.

I had a great experience with Savvi Formalwear. We used them for our wedding and could not have been more pleased. The tuxes looked great and we received outstanding service starting from the point we walked into the store up until the day before the wedding. We received follow-ups from the staff to help with date reminders and assist with any other questions. I also received very individualized attention every time I went into the store and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. While the staff as a whole was fantastic, Demario Nelson was especially great in providing great service. I would definitely recommend Savvi.
