From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. The suit my husband got was a bit pricey, but the salesman took his time getting measurements and finding the right suit. The fabric was really nice and once the suit was altered it fit perfectly. I may not return for a while since I will need to pay off this purchase first, but for good quality suits and great service this is the place to go. My budget was $250-$300 and we spent nearly $500. That was the reason for the 4 star. Wish I could have found something we liked within our budget.

Had a wonderful experience at Men's Wearhouse today. Oliver immediately greeted us upon entry and helped me find a great pair of chukka boots! He was attentive and professional while helping me. He also helped me find some jeans that fit just right. Oliver is an exemplary sales associate.

I paid more to tailor my pants than I did to buy them and they came out high waters. The front is supposed to rest on the shoe but mine do not rest. Very disappointed. The staff was wonderful but I will never buy a tailored suit again from here. The staff tried to fix it to no avail. Just really disappointed I paid so much for pants I can't wear without looking like Steve urkel. The people were great but how I ended up with this is beyond me.

Extremely unprofessional, my fiancé has set an appointment up twice to be suited for his tuxedo for our wedding in November. The first time he called to verify his appointment and the had no record, second time we set the appointment up in store and came back a second time, again they had no record of the appointment even though we made it in store. This time they said they would “squeeze” him in even though they are super busy. They were very happy to help walk ins immediately, and had us wait 32 minutes before we were helped

In the last two months I bought four suits and two pairs of shoes from this store. I returned two suits, without issue. One pair of shoes ended up not fitting me at all, so I went to exchange it for identical but smaller.Manager Chuck tells me the shoes which I have personally never worn because they are too big, look very worn. He pulled up my account and said I have a history of returning items, as if making returns isn’t my right? He attempts to scold me and put me down like I’m running some scheme of buying and returning goods. He accepts the exchange with the comment that there won’t be another, and talks down to me. So this guy, Chuck, pulled up my account to look for evidence to use to insult me, and then proceeded to insult me, and without reason as he still accepted the exchange. You’re doing great, chuck, and thanks for the shoes

They did a great job helping me ensure my rental suit fit properly, pressed it to get the wrinkles out, and answered all the questions I had. Wish I got the associates' names, they were great.

Overall worst experience I could have possibly had. It all started from the beginning. When me and my groomsmen were getting fitted we were met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessional behavior. When time for closer everything was wrong and everyone had to get refitted. When most of the guys went to pickup their rental, only 4 of the 13 suits fit properly. Some were adjusted and some were not. I the groomsman was sent the wrong shirt which I had to PURCHASE another shirt because they wouldn’t have gotten one in in time. I was then unable to wear the gold buttons I wanted. One of my groomsman had to have his ENTIRE outfit overnighted the day of the wedding! How stressful is that! The entire time we were met with nothing but poor customer service. Overall I would never recommend Mens Warehouse for a large group as they messed up almsost the entire group. With spending close to $3,000 you would think they would’ve gotten it right and nope. It really took away from the experience of which I really looked forward to. I hope you guys can do better for future families looking to have the best experience during an Important part of their life.

Made me ans my man very comfortable, and made his first time getting fitted go very smoothly! Britt helped make my vision a reality even though the colors wernt perfect. So glad we went in!

First time here and it was a 10/10 experience. Carlos was so helpful when it came to getting started and choosing colors/style for my fiancé and his groomsmen party. The manager Chuck then took over for us at the end for customization on my fiancé’s tux and helped to tie all the loose ends up.

Rude staff. I felt like I was profiled because of my tattoos which is why I feel like she assumed I couldn't afford the stuff I was asking about because they all had attitudes towards me and only me. Plenty other places to get suits
