I knew the exact car I wanted but my local Mercedes Dealer who I got my last car through didn’t have any 2022 allocations for me to build. Chris Rath at Omaha Mercedes-Benz helped me build this absolutely gorgeous A220. I drove her off the lot with less than 10 miles. The entire experience was easy and I couldn’t be more in love with my new car. Honestly, we will probably make the drive down to Omaha next time we are due for a new ride!

Drew Williams provided “World Class” service with my new purchase experience at Mercedes Benz of Omaha. His knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional. We had great rapport instantly. Drew was very flexible with scheduling, and offered an appointment date/time that worked well with my schedule. That was very important as a busy mom. He even came in on his day off. Service agent Chrissy was very helpful and she made it easy to drop off the car and communicate on updates. But as soon as I get on road I see a warning on my console. They missed basic thing of checking tire pressure.

Shaun the service manager, Mark the service advisor, and Brandon the tech that worked on my motorhome were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process for my repairs. I appreciated the thoroughness and patience they gave me. Would highly recommend this dealership for quality repairs of any Mercedes. I can see why they have received the high ratings listed on their web site. You have to earn those ratings, they just do not hand them out. Keep up the good work.

Needed a spare Mercedes’ key made/programmed quickly as I was traveling across country. Called 3 other dealers. All different prices, all different requirements. Chris E in Omaha was efficient, no shady answers, got the ball rolling immediately, and I gave him just 1.5 hours notice. I rolled in, sat and spoke with him a bit super nice guy, and a bears fan! he had the tech program my key in 20 min, and I was on the road in less than 1 hour! Not to mention it was the best price between all 3 options Top quality person and service by Chris and Mercedes’ of Omaha.
