We're driving cross country for a move and my AC crapped out near Kansas City in August. We started calling every Honda dealership we could find, further and further out, and not one of them was willing to squeeze me in due to the circumstances 1-2 week wait time until we called Superior Honda of Omaha. They seem to be as busy as everyone else, but they got me in first thing the next morning and by noon my car was running great and ready to go. I was given a thorough explanation of the problem, all my questions were answered and my AC is good as new. I know dealership service departments get a bad rep but these folks took better care of me and my car than any mechanic ever has. Oh and if you're gonna get stranded somewhere on a cross-country road trip, turns out Omaha's not bad at all =
Superior Honda surpasses its name. Always professional and friendly. I have never felt like a service was being pushed on me, never any "shell game" pressure. Love my looks and runs like new 10 yo Civic!
This was my first time at this Honda dealership for service on my car! The reviews on Carfax and Google prompted me for service here. I loved the service I received from Josh in the service department. I felt taken care of and I was in and out within the hour of arrival. I will be back for the services my car requires!
We purchased our first car from Superior Honda Of Omaha last week and the whole entire process and experience was awesome and exceptional. On that day we only had a few hours to make the purchase and they made it happened! We were super happy with the service and the manager was so easy to work with. We highly recommend this dealership!
I took my car in for my tires to be switched from all seasons to winter tires and they were to put my all seasons back in my car. They didn't and now I'm dealing with unprofessional people. It's been a week and I'm still fighting for my tires to be returned to me.
Took my vehicle in to use a warranty and they told me I had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed by my warranty company. That's not how it works. I work in a shop myself and the customer pays the deductible not the full bill. Would never recommend this place. Go to bellevue Honda where they know what they are doing!!

We recently purchased a 2018 Honda accord touring 2.0 automatic. Alan Arthur was extremely professional from the day we arrived on the lot and could tell he truly cared. Took the time to answer any questions we had, and helped us find the car we were looking for, while offering just the right amount of feedback and suggestions. Also we never once felt rushed and no pressure at all, which is very rare anymore. He was extremely honest and genuine throughout the entire process, truly appreciate all he did for us to make new car purchase the best it could be. Thanks Superior Honda and special thanks to Alan Arthur for the time he spent with us! Overall excellent!
The service department here is willing to help more than other Honda service departments around town I have visited. I had a problem with my wiper switch and the wipers wouldn’t turn off. When I came in Hector stopped what he was doing to make sure they were turned off. Though the part needed is on back order, you can tell they genuinely want to help out as fast as they can. The kindness they have here goes a long way. This is where I’ll be coming for my routine maintenance!
