The owners are 100% racist and it shows. Starting at the door where they have the rules specially meant to keep out black people.

Stopped there for some advice. Staff was very nice to me, wife and son. Did not buy anything but will consider them in the future based on this experience.

I have received numerous loans from Mercury Pawn Shop and rate my experience a 10! I'm always given a fair price and the people there are great! Best Pawn shop in Hampton Roads!
