Superior Pawn

Oh wow like wow this place had such great customer service the manager Josh was around to break every little question down I had about certain products for. Got me these great binoculars and camera set I definitely needed much appreciation there. Service is just superb thanks for all the help. Every time I enter the store I am greeted as I'm a preferred customer. They are very polite and very professional. Making the shopping and pawn experience very easy and smooth. Reasonable priced firearms and very knowledgeable help. The store is very clean. If I had to choose from every pawn shop or firearm shop in Hampton Roads this is where I would go.

I've been dealing with Superior pawn for about a year and a half.... I love these guys. I pawned with a couple other shops in Norfolk , but, my experience with them was horrible. A couple times I wasn't able to make my payment and was facing forfeiture, but, Josh stepped in, appreciated me as a valued customer, worked with me so I didn't lose my property... I really appreciate you guys and look forward to doing future business.
