Superior Pawn & Gun

This place is incredible. I really like how they split the business and made the pawn shop and the gun store/shooting range separate. This place has an outstanding selection of handguns and rifles. They typically carry handguns that are unique and that you can't find very often. The range is excellent for regular target practice with handguns. The range is fair priced and has a lot of rental handguns to choose from, not to mention a good selection of targets as well. As for the pawn shop, they have the best prices on jewelry i have ever seen. Great selection of electronics and tools/yard equipment as well. All the staff are very friendly and professional. If you want a great deal and great customer service i would highly recommend Superior. Support the small locally owned businesses instead of the big box stores that are in the area....

I would rate worse, by there isn't 0 stars. They are always rude and pissed if you don't buy their targets or ammo. Was yelled at for shooting at 15 feet and for shooting too fast. I will tell my attacker to hold still so I can shoot him slowly. Rudest range I have ever been at. I wanted to buy a gun today also. I will be buying it elsewhere now. You will never see my face again. I tried you twice, never, never, never again !!!

Just visited here 3/24/18 I can honestly say with most certainty the orger reviews are wrong. This place has changed a lot I was impressed. The customer service has really been reconstructed. Felt very comfortable and all my questions were answered professionally. Just last year I would be writing this review in a totally different demeanor. Please don't let this review dictate how your experience will be but do take on consideration I have been coming here since I was 21 now 30. This place was so terrible with customer service I wouldn't have recommended a soul to walk through the door. I guess they realized customer service was key to a successful business. Proud to say I will be back and often.

Only leaving two stars because the lady at the counter was very nice and professional but the two older gentlemen I dealt with where very rude first one on Saturday asked if my firearm was ready first words out his mouth did we call you in a rude tone. Today I said hi I'm here to do a ffl transfer first words out the second guy well who are you in a rude tone and the transfer was overpriced will not do business with them again I don't mind paying more for good service but in this case rude and overpriced never again

Okay... Let this be known, I NEVER put reviews up, but god this place man... You have to buy frangible ammo that they upcharge the absolute hell out of. A dollar a bullet... and when you get a box of 50. you can see that added up fast! and ironically the only thing that saved me from buying another box unknowingly for the price is that they ran out of ammo! Didn't tell me anything about the pricing or anything UNTIL they rung me up. I paid more than a 100 dollars for an hour of range time and a box of 50 "special" rounds. PLEASE take the drive to other ranges. Its not worth spending a cent at theirs. The ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars is for their variety of rental guns and guns for sale.
