Merle's Music

i recently took in a bass for repair as i was selling it, first they kept pushing back the day they would be finished with it. after getting it back and shipping it out i received a message from the buyer. The action from each string is inconsistent with each other. Some strings are noticeably higher than others. Also the a string buzzes on the Frets 12 and higher because the neck is an adjusted right and the action is too low. Also the electronics were not clean because the panning control between pickups is noisy. I spent 75 dollars on this and they buyer will have to spend more to fix merls "fixing". not happy at all. will not be taking my business back there.

They have a good selection if you play Guitar. You can't find almost any thing string orientated. But overall I would have to say it is a good store.

The only music store I'll go to. Prices are on par with Amazon and Musicians Friend, but the employees make the difference. Professionals who know what they are talking about. Plus their instrument repair is on point. I've taken in more guitars than I can count to have work done, and always gotten them back in perfect working order. This is my go to store, I highly recommend Merle's of you're looking for courteous and professional employees and expert service.

I don't wanna point out anyone in particular. Cause they are all great. But never had a bad experience here. Getting in the parking lot is the biggest issue lol. But once you are there it's a great place to be
