MVOH personnel are always courteous, professional and thorough. As an employer, we get a phone call from the practitioner within minutes of completion of all exams; without exception. I’ve been treated there and could not imagine what better service anyone might expect.

I went here to get a drug screening and the lady who was there to give me the service only allowed me 1 minute to complete the test, I have a hard time going to the bathroom in public places to begin with and I needed more than a minute to release my bladder, instead they sent me back to the waiting room and I was extremely upset. I am highly disappointed because now I am out of a job and the ladies were extremely rude. Most places allow you to put on a gown and allow you more than 1 minute to go, usually around 5 minutes or so to take a drug test. I was not pleased and highly dissapointed. I told them I had groceries in the car that had to be put away and so they said yeah, yeah it will be about 5 minutes... 30 minutes pass and I'm still waiting so my ability to go to the bathroom passes and I can no longer go and then they call me in to take it again but I can not go, so they put me back in the waiting room to try again and do the same thing while my grocies are still in the car. An hour and a half later, still could not go because they took their grand old time so I finally decided to call it quits and left. I don't recommend this place and am very displeased.

Not a place I would give my business to if I didn't have to go here for my employer. They do the absolute minimum they have to, and not one iota more.
