If I could have given this place a zero I would have! Son’s appointment was at 1:30pm, went to the window at 2:15pm to see how much longer it was going to be as he still was not seen. The person at the front desk stated that it was going to be at least another 30/40 mins as the doctor just went in to the patient before him. Lack of communication and complete BS, because heaven forbid a patient is late, then we have to reschedule and still make payment! Avoid if possible!

Had my first dot physical yesterday, and was asked to empty my pockets before the urine test. I left my wallet and phone where instructed, last night noticed there was $100, 2x50 missing. My question, is it common procedure to make one empty their pockets

I was seen here recently and I was really impressed with the care I received. The PA Mary, nurse and receptionist all took a lot of time to care for me and make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. Communication with them was always easy and they were always pleasant and kind. Highly recommended.

A visit to Portsmouth Hospital today, 12/10/21, the intake greeter denied any connection with this outfit. Please explain.

Some of the nurses and doctors are bizarre, with little knowledge of basic medicine. Other doctors are great. I find that most of the time it is a pretty bad experience, though.

I made an appointment for a urine screen and I had to wait 40 minutes to go because they only have one computer.

Always waiting at least an hour past my appointment times without a sorry, like my time doesn't matter. I bet if I was 90 minutes late for my appointment they wouldn't like it.

Dr. Shreck, Physical Therapy and office staff are all great!

Very uncaring and their knowledge is sorely lacking. I would not take my cat there.
