Excellent program and found it easy to follow the plan. I have successfully lost 30 pounds (so far) and still losing. 😀 Thank you, Sheila for all your encouragement and support! I would highly recommend this program to acheive weight loss goals. Great flavors of protein drinks and love the meal substitute bars, too.

I have been working with Metabolic Research Center in Overland Park, Ks. for approximately 7 years. When I started the program I was very skeptical that it would actually work. To my great surprise; with the program I lost approximately 60 lbs in the course of about 6 to 9 months. The program is surprisingly easy to follow and does not require any prepackaged food products or exercise. I have now been in the maintenance program for approximately 6 years and have been successful in maintaining a healthy weight. I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about loosing weight and improving their overall health. The office manager at the O.P. location has a complete understanding of the program and does an excellent job of supporting her clients in their journey to a healthier life.
