Slim 4 Life

I started Slim4Life last October, 2016 and I have lost 73 pounds. I'm on Maintenance now and I have been maintaining my weight, plus I'm eating food I enjoy within moderation. I would highly recommend this program. Both my daughter (who has lost 85 pounds) and myself feel so much better and look so much better! All the staff at my location in Overland Park has been there for me every step of the way and I couldn't have done this without their guidance and support. I recommend you to give them a chance and see how much better you will feel, more energy, more active and look so much better.

This plan is the only one that has ever worked for me. The counselors are friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I flounder, they always have a plan to get me back on track. You learn what to eat and how much, then it just becomes habit. It's hard at first, but the struggle is worth it when you see that it works. I'm only halfway to my goal and have already been able to reduce or eliminate several prescription medications, and am healthier than I've been in 15 years!

I've been here and lost 100lbs. The products work, but the staff is probably the best motivator. These folks are so kind and they really make you feel like family. Even after leaving the program during some family and personal trouble, the staff remembered me and was eager to help me get right back on track.

I've always struggled with weight. I lost 115 on with them 2011. I gained it all back because I did not complete the program. I've since tried other things but nothing is better, so...... I'm coming back. It works!!!!

Thank you so much for your help to get me to my weight loss goal and for being such a great support in encouraging me to live a healthier life! You're all awesome, I highly recommend this center to anyone who wants to see themselves in a better light!
