I have never had a bad experience at this location. They are all pleasant but I always seem to land with Christopher. I'm not easy to deal with but he goes above and beyond any and all expectations

The flagship store for Metro PCS on 116th Street and lexington is where I choose to do my phone shopping and upgrades. The staff is very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to be of help. I recommend this place to everyone.

Mario, the Retail Associate Manager, is a awesome guy. He's made my transactions simple and enjoyable. I'll be grateful when my original store on 125th and Adam Clayton Powell 7th Avenue reopens.
