The African American guy there is not helpful at all. Always he neglects people and he gives them a run around. Avoid him.. better to avoid this store all together because the price is too high anyway---
If you have a problem with your phone, then this is your place to have your phone repaired ! Very reasonable prices, work is done rite the first time ! Either store on Lexington ave or the one on third Ave, same quality Service !
