Had an excellent experience with Mohamed. He was thorough, attentive, detail-oriented and transparent. Great customer service overall. He also was very good at bouncing between my and other customers’ needs when necessary. Would recommend this location over and over!

I had an awesome experience today. This was my second time in the store and the same individual assisted me both tomes. I explained what I wanted, left and when I returned she had pulled together what I wanted. "V" assisted me and she has the patience of Job. She was very excited and willing to assist and without attitude which is a major plus these days. She understood how you treat customers makes a difference. Because of her, I will go back to this location in the future.

I just learned that on October 17, 2021, someone purchased an iPhone 13 at this location using my phone number and forging my signature on the contract, and that I've been paying for a phone that I never ordered, purchased or owned... for 11 months. I am on hold with Verizon fraud department as I type this. I've never been to this store in my life. Will be suing both Verizon and this authorized vendor if Verizon fraud department doesn't resolve this issue and refund my money. In light of the foregoing, I have no choice but to give this business a 1 star review. I think it is well deserved in this instance. This goes far beyond merely having to wait 15 minutes for an associate to assist or an associate wasn't sufficiently helpful. This is forgery and fraud. Be careful.

Every interaction I have had with Mohamed when purchasing phones has been a fantastic experience. He has made me aware of several Verizon promotions that I have greatly benefited from. If you are looking for a phone in NYC head straight to the Verizon store on 90th and 2nd and get in touch with Mohamed. His colleague Chris was also quite nice. You will come away with a big smile.

Visiting the second avenue store for the first time was very pleasant. The workers there, in particularly Mr. Mohamed, was exceptionally helpful, well spoken and was able to meet my needs. I live a little distant, but I will be shopping at that Verizon Retailer regularly. Thank you Mohamed and Verizon.

Yosaf was extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions easily and was very helpful. He transitioned our old phone carriers to Verizon seamlessly and even solved a weird bug with our phones after we switched to Verizon. Highly recommend.

By far best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Mohamed had my best interest in mind and was able to offer suggestions without being pushy. Direct and clear explanation of billing/fees. Hopefully, I don’t have to go back for awhile but I will happily return to this store if needed

Both of the employees there were super helpful. Christopher was so patient and kind and helpful to me and my elderly parents who have difficulty understanding technology. I will only go back to this particular Verizon store. Give Chris a raise.

Yusef was very patient and helpful while I was indecisive on whether or not to purchase a phone on the spot. He provided all of the information I needed because I asked a lot of questions - it was very much appreciated. Overall, he was friendly and I couldn’t be happier with my new phone!
