Service Could Better, No Customer Information Upon Entering The Store.

Service was very good and all of the security guards were very nice to all of the people
Spectrum was surprisingly good. Sign in waited a few minutes and was taken cared of. Even got a spectrum bag. Distancing and masks required.
I have everything from spectrum like cable, wifi,mobile,and phone service I'm happy with spectrum

Needed to exchange my modem and router. Didn't have to wait on hold as Spectrum called me back and then went to the store for the exchange and was in and out in 10 mins
The woman who took care was very rude and was rolling her eyes and speaking to me in a less than welcoming tone. Very unprofessional. And all I was doing was returning equipment.
