I had a wonderful experience with Sholeh. She helped me a lot and was very respectful. I highly recommend her and it was probably my best experience at T mobile!
Beware! The staff is quite pleasant and welcoming and I like it, but they tend to stealthily or perhaps by mistake? put add-on features to your account, which would cost you extra.
Manager Walter was horrible. More of a fashion show than trying to help people....called for a follow up had me on hold 20 min with no check in just silence.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a cell store and I'm 51 so I've had a cell for a while. I should have gone to the store om 52nd and 8th, they were great. Don't waste your time here.
