The sales reps in this store have great customer service. I had a recalled note 7 and they were quick to exchange my phone realizing the importance of maintaining public safety unlike other stores. They also walked me through transferring all my storage items which was great help. I will definitely return in the future.
This is a busy store, so I commend it's employees for remaining professional amidst all of the customers, many of whom are not so pleasant as I witnessed. Kevin helped me get on my family's existing plan and buy a new phone after my old phone was lost/stolen it was secondhand and I was using at&t gophone, so I couldn't replace it. He was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process of getting authorization to go on the new plan, retreiving my old at&t account info so I could keep the same phone number, and helping me pick a phone and case. He carefully put on the new screen protector and case and got the phone set up for me. Although I was fortunate to beat the evening rush, the process including wait time took about 1.25 hours.
Fantastic customer service at this branch. They are always helpful if I have any technical issues with my phone and very knowledgeable when I shop for a new one. Sometimes the wait is a bit long because of the volume but they always acknowledge you and let you know they will be with you as soon as possible.
My Customer Experience at the Verizon Store on 109th & Broadway was stellar.My Sales person Lisa was Superb, you was super attentive to all of my service needs and overall very patient. I will make it a direct effort to guide any and all of my friends & business associates to bring their business to her location.
Walked in here Christmas Eve of 2017 when they had a BOGO promotion, I was on the fence as to whether I should make the purchase, the sales rep told me to buy the phones and take advantage of the promotion and if I needed to return them I would get a 100% refund. So sure enough the day after Christmas I came back to return the phones and they told me I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee per Samsung regardless of whether they were opened or not. Very deceitful of them and I do not recommend doing business at this particular location. The manager's name is Mario.
The employees don't know their products and just want to make a sale. They told me I'd be able to keep my saved voicemails, especially the ones from my mom who died this year, when I upgraded to the new iPhone. This turned out not to be true and they are gone.
Larry and Kyle are really great! I went last night and Larry helped me transfer my work phone to my personal account. While we were waiting for Verizon phone service, he showed me the feature of the new phone.
Awful company. They put my email address in wrong even though I spelled it out numbers times. They billed me incorrectly many times, but luckily I was able to change it back. You don't get full access to your bill online unless you go through verification steps but since they messed up my email it will take another 30 days for me to have online access. And their customer service team is unable to override it and find a way to gain me access. Aren't you sick of companies who are so 'secure' that the customer keeps getting shut out of their own profile? Well, Verizon is the worst of them. Their security checks are ridiculous and it's really stupid that their customer service people have no power to override them at all.
I was at the one on 109th street and Broadway. Wonderful customer service. They help you with what you needed and paid attention. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and you might add other items to your basket.
Dishonest! A nonexistent wireless plan was sold to me at the The Verizon Store Columbia University 2818 Broadway, New York, NY 10025. After an year of discussions this has not be resolved yet.Such a fraud and unethical behavior I haven't seen anywhere, all these orchestrated by the manager Alex Keyzner. Two other employee that work for him are Michael Figuer and Mario Clavijo. Please be very careful and aware when dealing with them, one thinks it can never happen to him until it does. Do not deal with those people, they seems very nice yet don't care behind your back, their words are not followed by actions. such as unethical behavior, months and months spent in frustration!beyond words!!! For that matter you will be better off staying away from Verizon all together go to Sprint, or at&t or anyone else. Involving Better Business Bureau and other institutions to close the case.
