Excellent customer service!! Joel and Kirk were so helpful and attentive. On two separate visits, each of them took the time to explain my cell plan in detail and patiently answered all of my many questions as I navigated a phone upgrade. They were kind and caring and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I never want to go to any other Verizon store!!

SPECTACULAR customer service by Reed at this location! He helped me upgrade my phone, and when my phone wouldn't verify and I had to go back to the store, Reed took care to make sure everything was resolved. He was incredibly knowledgable, personable, and efficient. I rarely see such high-level customer service as this.

Outstanding customer service - Annie took care of me when I had a phone emergency, staying well after her shift had finished to make sure I had a new phone up and running. The manager had even gone to another store to get me the new handset I needed! This store has an excellent team, and I will only trust them going forward!

My experience at this store was top notch! Johnny Johan was my sales rep and he was excellent. I was being added onto an existing account and he made it simple and easy. He answered all my questions and made the process as smooth as possible. The only downside is that the store was out of the phone I wanted so I chose to take the slightly more expensive upgraded iPhone 6S, but now I can make movies on my phone so there's the silver lining. Still had an overall great experience.

I hate giving but review to people but this one I had to. I went to this store 4 months ago I was porting my number to Verizon from another carrier. It was one Saturday exactly at noon. I walked to the store and Abayomi was helping me. Instead of this brother to transfer my number to Verizon, he decided to give me a 929 and I was bringing a 212 number. Then he tried to convince me that it will take 24 to 72 hours to port my number to Verizon. But he told me it's done when I checked the number was not on the simcard he gave me. I called Verizon customer service when while I was there and spoke to Gary he told me he can see that my number is already in Verizon and working and he was calling the number number was ringing and voice mail was of Verizon. And he told me not to leave there without my number. I was in this store for about 4 hours and just before they were about to close the store Abayomi went to their back office and came with another Sim card and this one was a working Sim card and the one he was giving me earlier was a not my number. I still don't understand what this brother wanted to do. But I left and thought of contacting the store manager but I said I just have to do this so people can be aware of my experience here.

Kirk made the experience of adding my wife to an existing plan and getting two new phones easy and stress free. He is one of the best sales person that I've had to work with. Any time I have to do something on my Verizon plan, I come here and deal with Kirk, period. I will continue to use this location and cannot recommend it enough!

Alberto Banos was fabulous in helping us with our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features and benefits of our new Pixel 3 phones and guided us through the installation and set up seamlessly.
