The T-Mobile on west 125th street is large, immaculate, and has great representatives. I went in to buy a phone, and we went beyond closing time trying to complete the transaction. The guy helped me out with the best possible options with no complaint or looks of frustration. He even rectified other issues I had.
The Customer service was horrible. Having a problem with my phone and they didn't even look to see what the problem was. He just said if I wanna get a new Sim card it would be 10 dollars.
Very professional customer service was ok.
Store rep was friendly and tried to help me though I ended up having to finish it online.
Gave 5 stars for Stephanie because she's very knowledgeable and smart
Steph is the best! Thanks guys
They got some good nice people in there that take their time and really work with people
