Been with the company 2 years they say one thing to u and then when u ask for help or u have a family emergency and u have to call off they throw it up in your face they don't reconize when u do good or if you are at a post and put a stop to car break ins they lie to their employees and they customers. They say they understand when emergencies come up ir u need a day off but they dont they have no family morals they cut my hours and pulled me from 3 of my posts i worked for 2 years they dont do direct deposit and wont even let u pick up ur check before 3:00 p.m. when u need ur check before u go to work to get stuff done this company needs to be investigated throughly they hire people who have records of domestic violence. This company really sucks to work for I do not recommend working for them

Horrible place to work. Don't even think about it. They cheated me on numerous pay checks. They make you turn in a schedule of the hours that you worked at each post every week. But, when there is a discrepancy, do they call you about it? Nope. They just throw the schedule you turn in away! So, then what's the point in turning them in?? They don't have direct deposit and are too cheap to even mail you your paycheck. Instead, you have to go to Cleveland every week to get it in person. If you point out the fact that they made a mistake, they become hostile and threaten to fire you. There are plenty of security companies out there. Trust me, you don't want to work for these jerks.

Metro is a great experience they are very flexiable also inclusion and diverse company my experience was great i gained excellent training never had an issue.
